【Job responsibility】
1. Responsible for the research, development and design of new fabrics based on market demands and the company’s product strategy.
2. Work closely with suppliers to evaluate and select suitable raw materials.
3. Track fabric development progress and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process.
4. Participate in fabric testing and evaluation, and make improvements based on test results.
5. Provide technical support related to fabrics for the sales，production and other departments, and assist in solving problems encountered in the use of customers.
6. Stay updated on industry developments and fashion trends; regularly collect and analyze domestic and international market information to offer forward-looking suggestions for fabric development, driving continuous innovation and upgrades of the company’s fabric products.
【Job requirement】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, with solid knowledge of textile technology and familiarity with the production processes and techniques of fabrics.
2. Over 3 years of experience in fabric development, with a proven track record of successfully developing various types of fabrics.
3. Familiar with the performance characteristics and applications of different fibers, well-informed on trends in both domestic and international fabric markets, and capable of developing competitive fabric products based on market needs.
4. Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure the smooth progress of development projects.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking, capable of quickly addressing technical challenges during development and proposing creative solutions.
