In April 2024, Ms. Zhou Qianhua, Manager of Frank L.M. Group’s Marketing Center, embarked on an extraordinary market research journey across Europe, covering five countries to deeply explore the curtain market. Her research provided IKEA with highly valuable market data and injected new momentum into the collaboration between our Group and IKEA. From bustling cities to quiet towns, from traditional stores to emerging home furnishing showrooms, Zhou Qianhua gained in-depth insights into the needs and preferences of European consumers regarding curtains—laying a solid data foundation for further cooperation between the two companies.
A special award ceremony was held at IKEA’s global headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. Inter IKEA CEO Mathias Kamprad personally presented Frank L.M. Group Chairman Mr. Chen Limin with the Global Knowledge Sharing Award—the only one of its kind worldwide—recognizing Nantai’s outstanding contributions in market research and information sharing. During the ceremony, Mr. Chen delivered a speech, affirming our strong belief in the power of collaboration and transparency. He emphasized that only through shared efforts and open information exchange can true co-growth and value creation be achieved.
This award not only acknowledges our past achievements but also serves as a powerful incentive for future cooperation. Our Group will continue to uphold its corporate philosophy of "Customer First, Service Above All", working hand in hand with clients to shape a brighter future for the home textiles industry.
Several senior IKEA executives attended the ceremony, including Mathias Kamprad, Henrik Elm (IKEA Head of Operations), Niles (Category Manager of IKEA Textiles), Lindsey Cheng (Textiles Purchasing Specialist), and Seayah Yu (Home Furnishing Fabrics & Covers Purchasing Specialist). Their presence highlighted the importance of this award and partnership, signaling that the collaboration between our Group and IKEA is poised to deepen further—ushering in a new chapter of growth and innovation in the industry.
