
The heat of July catalyzes growth and transformation. From July 7th to 25th, 2025, thirty-six emerging talents from Junlin and Nantai assembled to complete a “career DNA realignment” in the Group’s Lingtun Rising Star Training Camp. This three-week immersive development program serves as a career accelerator for the Group’s next generation.
Executive Masterclass — A Breakthrough Arena for Thinking
Senior executives personally deconstructed the “business Rubik’s Cube,” transforming the tiered conference room into a cognition-upgrade laboratory. The exceptionally high specifications and deep strategic intent of this training camp set a new benchmark for the Group’s talent development. This program was crafted with meticulous intention: while Group directors generously delivered industry expertise and hardcore professional knowledge, the training also embedded “time management mastery” as a key empowerment module. Participants not only absorbed extensive industry insights and management wisdom, but also acquired efficient planning tools—such as the Eisenhower Matrix and flexible time buffering—equipping them with a “navigation system” for future task execution and meeting management. This enabled a seamless evolution from knowledge intake to high-efficiency execution.
Knowledge Refinement Workshop — A Creative Incubator
The projector light in the training room became a spotlight for new-generation thinking. As the resonance of each course still lingered in the air, teams immediately activated their knowledge-conversion engines—deconstructing and reconstructing the day’s key concepts, and completing dual-layer cognitive upgrades through the battleground of PPT presentations. The trainees became “knowledge alchemists,” transforming strategic frameworks, 5S management charts, and other modules from leadership courses into actionable mental tools. Supply-chain theories evolved into dynamic models, quality-control tools were reimagined as risk-radar diagrams—abstract concepts fused with personal experiences, gaining new life through visual transformation.


Team-Building Evolution — A Chronicle of Empowerment
• Micro-Ecosystem Creations: Moss became the canvas; tweezers became sculpting tools. Technicians and creatives worked together inside glass terrariums to build miniature green universes. Their “fingertip ecological gardens”, crafted with succulents, moss, and delicate accessories, astonished mentors with their landscape-design creativity and spatial storytelling.
• IKEA Decoding Mission: As trainees pushed shopping carts through IKEA’s maze-like pathways, what seemed like a casual team outing subtly evolved into a commercial field-analysis experiment. Their eyes focused on products related to the Group—such as curtains and sofa covers—as they dissected the marketplace from multiple dimensions. Using “magnifier thinking,” participants simulated dynamic retail scenarios within the IKEA ecosystem.
• Tactical Debrief by Firelight: During the final stage of the camp, when teams gained autonomy over their closing activities, an unspoken “non-standard graduation defense” unfolded among trainees. This relaxed gathering was in fact a submission of life-infused strategic insights. Every toast was less a farewell and more the offline activation of future battle units. What trainees carried away was not only camaraderie, but also real-world tactical thinking forged through shared experiences.
On the projection screen, a rehearsal of an aging-society revolution was unveiled. The final challenge of the ceremony began: six teams presented “future product manifestos” to senior leaders, using the tools and insights learned over three weeks to craft innovative solutions for a rapidly aging world. Each team’s presentation was a surgical reconstruction of knowledge.

At this moment, graduation was not an ending—it was the origin point of a new journey. Thirty-six newly launched “mind-powered vessels” are now sailing into the vast territory of the Group. As innovative momentum builds, the energy forged in this summer program has already mapped out future trajectories on the company’s constellation chart. A new fleet sets sail—the horizon is infinite, and the future is full of promise.
